:: January 23, 2002 - Lunch with Tara the Dog ::

Tara the Dog's owner, Marita, who works at Australian Outback emailed me yesterday to let me know that she and Tara like to read my lunch every day. She also sent pictures of Tara's scanned lunch. I've never had lunch with a dog before. They aren't exactly great conversationalists. I love dogs. Especially Moosh!

Don't forget, if you scan you lunch you can email it to lunch@mikebrowne.com and we'll do lunch!

Don't for get to subscribe to the Lunch Mail List to get daily updates.

Apparently Tara wouldn't hold still to be scanned so here's a picture of her Dad, The Pig or Pigger. A definite senior citizen doggy. Very distinguished looking. I have been assured that Tara looks very much like her dad, but younger. Ain't DNA great?

Tara's Lunch. Feelgood Trail Blazin' Bitz made in North Vancouver, BC. Ingredients: certified organic brown rice flour, organic buffalo liver, extra virgin olive oil, & garlic. No preservatives. I'm not sure if Tara would bite me if I tried to take one so I can't comment on the taste.

My PB and J sandwich looks like it has a bullethole in it - Sucking chest wound. Take it straight to the Trauma Centre. Saran wrap is a good thing to clog up a pneumothorax until you get to the hospital.

Watermelon Punch Fruit Roll-Up. Speaking of punches. Did you see Mike Tyson jumping the gun yesterday at the newscoference for his upcoming fight with Heavyweight Champ Lennox Lewis (who is going to kick Tyson's ass if he doesn't get banned from the ring). Jeez, you eat a guy's ear and things are never the same. Hey Mike, look into some anger management and save your enthusiasm for the ring.

French Vanilla Yogurt. No fat, but tastes yummy. I don't why it's called French Vanilla. I didn't see anyone eating it when I was in Paris visiting L'arc de Triomphe, Notre Dame Cathedral, le Louvre and la Tour Eiffel.

Diet Barq's Rootbeer. Marita, Tara the dog's owner, pointed out to me that drinking from aluminum cans is potentially a health hazard and may be a contributing factor in alzheimer's disease. "What do you mean, Barq's has bite?"
