:: February 8, 2002 - Lester Normal's Lunch ::
Things are very strange in our neighbourhood. Not a 7 minute drive
from our house Vancouver
(who are looking keystone copish) and Lower Mainland Police are
in the midst of executing a search warrant that may lead to uncovering
some, if not all, of the whereabouts of 50
women missing from Vancouver's Lower East Side over the past
few years. The
pig farm that they are turning upside down looking for evidence
brings thoughts of recent movies like Snatch
and Hannibal
in which murder victims are done away with by being fed to pigs.
If this farm turns out to be the key to the mystery it would mean
that not only was there a serial killer at work just down the street,
but that he (they) were the close to the most prolific in Canada
and even the US. However, hopefully, this will be the end and give
some closure to the families
of the victims.
