:: March 4, 2002 - Home Delivered Lunch ::
We got our first bin full o' groceries from Small Potatoes on Friday. It was sitting in our back yard when we arrived home from work. It was nice not to have to fight our way through a crowd at the grocery store this weekend. Elbows up! I think I suffer from Crowd Rage. I hate busy stores.

Don't forget, if you scan you lunch you can email it to lunch@mikebrowne.com and we'll do lunch!

Bagel with cheese and plain yogurt. I'm not sure how kosher it is, but, Oy! Very Jewish.

Spinach salad, dressing and potato carrot casserole. Carol made the casserole in the oven after we repaired it this weekend. I had to do some electrical work. Carol thought the power was off and I got electrocuted. Oops, I should have double checked. I was thrown yelping across the room. My hand tingled until I went to bed last night. Owee! There was a time I may have needed Electroconvulsive therapy, but not any more. At least I don't think so anyway.

A Kettle Valley - Real Fruit Snack, blueberry. It's 100% dried fruit. These are made in Summerland, BC. Everclear had a great song called Summerland on one of their albums.

My wife and I are not the only Mike and Carol out there. Remember these two? Above we have Mike and Carol Brady of Brady Bunch fame. In recent Brady Bunch related news Greg Brady and Danny Partridge are going to beat each other up. Ahhh, Yesterdayland.

Carol and I went to see We Were Soldiers with Mel Gibson this weekend. We give it two thumbs up. However, if extremely graphic violence is too much for you - don't go to this movie.
