:: December 4, 2001 - 21 Days Until Xmas Lunch ::
It's that time of year again. I have just about all of my shopping done. Just a few things for Carol left to buy. No I'm not going to tell! Don't forget to write to Santa!

As we were coming in on the train this morning there was a light dusting of snow on the groud and we saw Canada Place all done up in it's Christmas lights. Very pretty. The lights were done by a friend of ours Rick, who's company has also helped to put on 1999's Pan Am Games in Winnipeg. Rick's wife Wendy is about to have twins. Congrats, you guys!

Vegetarian Lasagna! OMG, I love this stuff. Italian food is the best. Reminds me of the Sopranos! Hey, fuhgeddabowdit! I have Season 1 on DVD already. I've asked Carol for Season 2 for Christmas. I bet I get it! Wink, wink! Check out WMOB, it's hilarious!

Cookies! I think I was a cookie monster in a past life.

Banana. Monkeys love 'em. I love monkeys. Especially the ones that you can ask questions of.

Diet Pepsi Twist. The people I work with think I'm nuts. I eat the same crap every day and scan it. I wonder what they call me behind my back.

In keeping with the season at hand I thought some reviews of my favourite Christmas videos would be appropriate. A Christmas Story — fun for the whole family. Poor Ralphie wants an official Red Rider carbine action 200 shot range model air rifle. Santa's response (as well as every other adult's), "You'll shoot your eye out, kid!"(*.mp3 31kb) The family goes to a Chinese restaurant for Christmas dinner due to a turkey related disaster, "fa-ra-ra" (*.mp3 31kb). Deck the halls with what?
