Christmas is a week away! Carol's Ma, Pa and Sis are headed our way soon. I know what's on the agenda over the next couple of days. We need to clean the house.

We have the tree up and presents underneath it. However we don't have any from my parents yet as their parcel is lost in the mail. If we don't get our gifts this year will be the second one in 5 years. Canada Post has screwed up before. I didn't get anything until February one year. I won't even use them any more. UPS this year to send our stuff back to Mom, Dad, Rachel and JL in Bridgewater, Nova Scotia. More expensive, but it'll get there at least.

Beef Chow Mein. Homemade with yummy noodles and veggies. Very Chinese. I'd like to learn Chinese. A few of the people here at work speak Chinese. They told me that Gwai Lo translates roughly to Ghost Man, meaning "white guy". Hey, wait a minute. That's me!

Another apple. The bag is almost gone. Thank God. I'm getting tired of them. I'm sure you are too. maybe I should eat a kumquat.

Diet Pepsi Twist. We got three cases of this stuff on sale this week. I'm in heaven. MMMMM Lemons!



Christmas Smarties. Some people really dig Smarties. Cathy Caddick likes 'em too.



This was on my scanner this morning. The landlords here must have left one on everyone's desk. The chocolate even has the Bentall logo embossed on it. Nutty! I think Barney Bentall is realted somehow.
