I went to Sev' again. Every time I get food there Carol almost cries. So I grabbed semi-healthy stuff today. I did say semi, so don't expect much.

Someone farted on the bus today. It stank. Maybe it was Santa.

Only 4 more days until Christmas!

My buddy, Bennett aka Benito officially became a landed immigrant yesterday. He can stay with us Canucks! We're glad that things went that way. You're a good egg!

Lunchables. They come with cheese, ham, crackers a snickkers bar for dessert and a foil bag of Capri Sun Fruit Punch (just like astronauts drink). Ever wonder what an astronaut has for lunch?

Twinkies. There is some real science around twinkies. They are disgusting and unhealthy, but for some reason I have to eat them once in a while to remind myself why I shouldn't. I can feel my arteries screaming in horror just at the thought of munching on these.

Body Smarts - Peach and yogourt chews. The super intense guy on the front of their web page looks like he's off his meds. He scared me half to death. He gave me the "NO feeling'.



Fresca. It's a nice change actually. A fruity delight. I said fruity. HAHA! I'm feeling rather unusual today.
