:: December 27, 2001 - Xmas Leftover Lunch ::

It's over for another year. All's well in post Christmas, Maple Ridge. We got lots of good loot from Santa and friends. I got some Joe Boxer pajama bottoms, a Nike watch, the 2nd Season of the Sopranos on DVD and a DeWalt cordless drill (insert Tim Allenesque grunts here).

I'm here at work today and tomorrow. Then I'm off again until January2, 2002!

Christmas dinner leftovers. I'm sure you'll be seeing a lot of this stuff. We had a 20lb turkey to split among five of us. There's lots left! Yippee! Sandwiches with L-Tryptophan. I should be in a turkey coma for weeks.

Chocolate covered mixed nuts. The Brazil Nuts are the best. We stole these from Carol's Aunt and Uncle in Langley after dinner there yesterday.

Grapes. Carol and Mrs C went shopping and bought 10lbs of these. I don't know why. I guess you can't have enough grapes. I think that Eight is Enough.

Diet Coke. Not may favourite, but it'll do in a pinch.

The turkey. It was very tasty. Carol's dad carved it. I think someone did nasty things to it with the baster on the left as well.

This is the EZ Dumper port-a-potty that was out side Carol's Aunt and Uncle's new house during construction. I took this picture yesterday when we went to look at their new house (which is amazing by the way). I guess contruction workers need to go too. Outhouses always stink.
